Group Coaching *
The ICF defines group coaching as bringing together people with shared goals — where the coach AND the others in the room offer support, inspiration, and possibility.
That last part is what makes it electric.
Because when a high-achieving woman finally hears another woman say out loud what she's been quietly feeling — that longing for something more, something truer — she stops feeling like something is wrong with her. She realizes she's not alone. And that's where real transformation begins.
Group Coaching vs. Individual Coaching — The Real Difference
Individual coaching is a powerful one-on-one partnership. But group coaching adds a dimension that 1:1 simply can't replicate:
You're seen by a coach and witnessed by a community. In group coaching, both the coach and other group members offer support and inspiration around each individual's abilities and potential. That mirror effect is profound.
You realize you're not the only one. Group coaching brings together individuals with common personal or professional goals, helping them achieve those goals individually — but in doing so, it removes the isolation that high performers so often carry in silence.
Peer accountability is built in. Leveraging mutual accountability creates tremendous drive and action in ways a solo coaching relationship often can't sustain between sessions.
The learning multiplies. When members offer suggestions to those facing a challenge, they often discover that many of those insights are equally relevant to their own situation. Everyone teaches. Everyone grows.
The value is exponential. As the ICF notes, one can leverage peer learning and build better accountability in this format — meaning the return on your investment goes far beyond what any single coaching session can offer.
