Hi there!

I’m Meagan Grant. I spent years being the capable one. The dependable one. The one who had it all together — at least from the outside.

I checked every box. I achieved every goal. And I still went to bed at night with that quiet, persistent feeling that I was meant for something more — something truer.

It wasn't until I stopped performing my life and started actually listening to myself that everything shifted.

That's why I created The Beacon Coach.

I am now a Professional Empowerment Coach, ACC-certified through the International Coaching Federation, yoga instructor, and Certified Intuition Master. I’ve spent more than 20 years in technology leadership, and the part of my career I always loved most was helping people grow.

But I wasn’t always this clear. In 2018, I began my own personal awakening journey — a season of deep self-examination, questioning, and finally, real growth. I knew what it felt like to be truly stuck, knowing there was something more I was meant to do, and then finding my way through. That experience changed everything.

I trained as a Professional Coach at Duquesne University in my hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Shortly after graduating, I earned my Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation — the gold standard in the coaching world. I also trained as a Certified Intuition Master, which has given me the ability to help clients tune into their own inner knowing as a powerful guide.

I’ve been a yoga instructor since 2016, and I bring that same grounded, body-aware presence into every coaching session. When you work with me, you’ll notice I don’t give you answers. I ask the questions that help you find your own.

Outside of my professional journey, my biggest passion is watching my daughter learn, grow, and become the best version of herself. She reminds me every single day why this work matters.

I believe that every person already carries the wisdom they need. My job is to help you hear it.
